Q2. How long is the self-storage lease? Is a deposit required for renting?
● Renting a self-storage does not need long-term commitment, you can move in immediately upon the date signing the contract. The rental period could be short as one month and the termination of lease is notified 14 days in advance.
● When renting, you need to pay 2 months original rent as a deposit. The deposit will be refunded after confirming that there is no damage to the warehouse when you leave the warehouse. The refund process takes about 7-14 working days.
